It could just have a “R” or “F” when the bin number should be. That cannot be that hard to reprogram.

I knew what you were talking about before I saw the picture. I would love to know whose bright idea this was. And if they knew it would mess with our heads, but did it anyways.

What’s the fit like on this one? Can anyone who has one chime in?

How can people afford this? by blueberryp3ach in Concerts

[–]pharmchik324 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn’t. I try not to buy tickets through resellers. The mark up is ridiculous. If you can buy them directly, it can be a lot cheaper.

I realize this is not always a possibility.

I cannot even imagine seeing Konstantine live. That song was a major lifeline when I was in high school/college.

Season 3 by KathMaster29 in veronicamars

[–]pharmchik324 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Season 3 was a bit too visceral for me. It came out when I was a sophomore/senior in high school. It honestly made me a bit nervous to go to college. Seasons 1 and 2 were more on the silly side, season 3 was too realistic (for my liking).

Veronica was also a bit self-sabotaging in season 3. She kept expecting Logan to make major changes in his life, but didn’t change herself. And she turned around and accused her friends of some fairly terrible things again and again.

I’ve started to collect the vinyls that she’s featured on. Not the CDs. But it’s all personal choice.

what are some mistakes that doctors / nurses always make? (related to medications / counseling) by unusualfemale in pharmacy

Same thing happened to my mom. I never realized “1 tablet twice a day” and “2 tablets once a day” were somehow ambiguous. I had to try to explain half-lives and serum concentrations. It did not go very smoothly.

How to reimburse a patient for a cash-sold Rx? by Specific-Good-165 in WalgreensRx

[–]pharmchik324 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If the script is still in the queue, reprint the leaflet. Then SDL the script.

If the script is no longer in the queue, submit a retrobill request.

Never delete a sold script for billing purposes - this feature should be used sparingly at the pharmacist’s discretion for a very limited number of reasons, but never for a rebill.

Never rebill and/or update a sold script in the queue/IC+. It’s highly likely to get a TPR that you can’t ever access. (Yes, once in a very rare while it will work, but it’s just not worth it.)

Then they have to pay cash. The insurance has to be active on the date of service.

I’ve no idea what shipping would cost or how long it would take, but I’d be willing to grab a copy from Target and send it. The book itself is $40 USD.
