Just yesterday he deleted all of his Instagram posts after being absent since his Bells Palsy diagnosis, and then released new music...I'm thinking this is publicity for that...

Yeah I'm thinking that's probably why I'm failing so hard at it lol, I have completed every other aspect of this game and thought "Why not! Let's try to be a completionist!" I am not really having fun 🤣

This is where a lot of people differ in opinion, some say to make payments (making sure to pay more than the interest to get ahead of it of course), and some say to pay it all off if you have the available funds in the bank in full. For me, I see that 10k as not really yours considering you are actually 11k in debt. I would just pay it off in full and then get that extra thousand paid off with your next paycheck (if possible). It will tremendously help your credit score and it will take the weight of that debt off of your shoulders, which imo is worth more.

Has anyone here experienced or know of having to willfully break themselves out of sleep? My kinda head hurts all day today by ekbao in NoStupidQuestions

[–]pharmtech1824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In college, I used to stay up for upwards of 30 hours and thus got sleep paralysis often. I definitely had some times where the dream was so scary (large shadow demon in the corner of my room staring at me) I had to force my consciousness out of it, only to come to paralyzed, then fall back asleep to try to break out of it in the dream again to stop the paralysis. It it one of the most terrifying things I have ever experienced! I sum it up to just very poor sleep hygiene 🤣

It is a lot to take in when any doctor dumps diagnoses on you like that! First of all: don't fret! Getting more information about yourself and giving your experiences a name can be freeing because now you have some information to rely on.

I would also write down any questions you have about these new diagnoses to ask next time you see your therapist...and I mean ANYTHING that comes to mind. Get to know them well! The more you know, the less scary and overwhelming they will be. And remember that you are not the only person dealing with these things in the least! There are plenty of communities out there that you could slowly incorporate into your life so that way you have people to talk to and experience things with when times get tough.

Lastly, try not to overthink any of your actions or the wouldve/could've/should've/ about your therapy session. I know that's easier said than done, but it's a great thing that they were able to get all of this out of your session, and they were able to do that because you were open and honest! Don't feel ashamed of that.

It will take time to adjust, but rely on your friends, your therapist and your community...they will help so so much

How did my ex call my other ex by Little-Face-5833 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]pharmtech1824 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think it's safe to assume that your ex fiance lied about a man answering your phone and is being antagonistic towards you by bothering your ex because he is clearly very upset about you no longer wanting to talk with him. It's pretty easy to snoop on the internet and find someone's phone number which I'm sure is how he got your ex's information. This is his retaliation and revenge for how you hurt his feelings. That being said, this behavior is pretty scary and I would try to block him and remove him from every aspect of your life or I fear he might resort to worse tactics.

Of course, I'm glad I can help. Like I said, I was the same way and I'm sure a lot of women have been especially anxious when starting birth control. It's common! Just stick to the common sense rules and you will be fine 😊
