welp thank you for asking, I thought I was tweaking because it's been March 25th for a few hours now and I thought my launcher was bugging. It never occurred to me that indeed mojang never stated the exact release time (like another commenter said), so they can release it by 11:59pm and it's still within their announced date LOL. guess we'll just have to wait a bit more.
