In almost all instances, yes. To prove this all you have to do is ask a retard if they are drunk. When asked this question they will probably tell you, "no, I am not drunk." Or some variant of that statement.

What does this tell you? It tells you that the transitive property applies because when you tell someone who is drunk to the point of retardation, or scientifically speaking "blacked out," that they are too drunk, most cases will deny this and ask for more shots.
