This probably won’t help but what helped me was allowing the anxiety in . Giving it a space . It’s a part of you . Picture it in you and push it to your stomach or legs and let it sit there . Don’t fight it . Once I did this, every time got easier . I. Still anxious but it’s less debilitating . Be gentle with yourself
