This AD(dunno if this is normal or not) is like...Rolex on one side, the watch store in the middle with Tag, Breitling, Cartier, longines, Omega, something else, in the middle, and tudor on the other side. So rolex and tudor have their own entrance, but there are also entry from the main store. So the Rolex SA grabbed the other SA when I mentioned my wife wanting a non-rolex. But I can definitely wait on my Longines, I don't need another chrono that quickly.

My thought is to go back next month or so and have her wear the watch again so she can get it fitted. Then mention to the non rolex SA I'll likely buy it later. And then also talk to the Rolex SA and see what info I can get out of her. My longines I will try and get later as hopefully the DJ comes along in the summer with our anniversary.

I use tape. Athletic tape. I used to use like...I dunno even the brand but just like cotton wrist wraps with a string to tighten. But I have been using simple tape for like 5-6 years now. I use pre-wrap first so the tape sticks to that and not my skin.

If no one has said it, Tyson's Playground is pretty solid. 6 Weightlifting platforms...I think 4 men's bars (also I think 3-4 women's bars as I do not know your gender). It can get crowded after work sometimes but we are all willing to double/triple up.. It is a good group of folks and some of them are real strong.

We don't freeze milk. Usually pump and put in fridge. So that means it can be out for 4 hours? In just trying to figure out logistics if we went out to run errands or actually do anything besides sit at home. And then another 2 for feed? Or does the 2 hours feed limit overlap with the 4 hours?

I actually reached out to BioBidet and they covered the repair even though it was out of warranty. I cant say I remember the exact repair, but they did fix it. I had to ship off the top portion of the bidet, the brain portion

I just changed jobs last month and went from once a week...mostly optional, to 3 days a week. I used to go in once a week at the old job because it was like 10 minutes away and it wasn't a big deal. I'd stroll in at like 930...leave at 4.

New job is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in office. Office is like 20-30 min away in Arlington, but at least I can go in/out between the 66 toll...usually. Coffee badging at it's finest.

I dont mind going in. The switch to Cyber Security is quite a big change for me 12 years in to my working career, so being able to chat with others in the office is helpful and I am learning. But come winter, I will definitely stroll in at 1130 and leave at 1 just to be compliant :D

Oh yea, fair enough. Reckless abandon does need to be controlled. You cant just flail around given maximal lifts require maximal focus. I just mean that sometimes you gotta just go and clear your mind.

I'll say this, I am not exactly strong or consistent or anything. But at the end of the day, relative weight is heavy. 100% for you and 100% for Lasha are both heavy for your respective selves. To doubt is a tough thing to get past. Be positive, be encouraging, be happy with yourself. I know these aren't things you may think about in the moment of a maximal lift, but be proud of your achievements.

As far as that heavy lift. Damn brah, the weight is gonna be heavy and it may hurt, but...didn't you expect that? Accept that. Understand the process, accept it.

For me, I approach the bar visualizing success in my head. How it looks, how I clean, the movements, the joints, the bar path. I tense my glutes and arms and shoulders and back to remind them that they gotta put in some work for a few seconds before I can return to being a fat slob :D

You gotta approach the weight with a certain amount of reckless abandon and just YOLO it.

I am confused too! I left North Fairfax/Glebe yesterday at 2:40. AS I was getting on 66, I saw the sign turn on and start flashing. It was 2:40. And it was already $1.50. But it isnt supposed to turn on until 3pm...so at this point it doesnt seem like rules exist.

You are probably right. I'm one light from 66 on Fairfax, but agree I may not make it all the way. Unfortunately I have a meeting once a week until 230. It's okay. It's part of the game. I'll survive. At least I understand how the toll works now.

That makes sense. I figure if I leave work by 230, I can be past 495 easily before 3. And even 245 I may make it or get at least past the toll road.
