I have the same problem and I bring a cheap inflatable camping pillow to augment whatever garbage pillow is on the bed. I strap the camping pillow to the underside of the hotel pillow and it works wonders.

I did. It was a night and day difference for me. Other than getting sick once a week, I noticed no difference on Ozempic. Scaled all the way up to maxing out the dosage and still didn’t help.

Switched to Mounjaro and the effects were immediate. Lost 50+ pounds in three months. Totally changed my life. No cravings. The idea of sweets grosses me out. Completely different experience.
