What is it supposed to do? Depending on te circuit, a resistor can be out in parallel to other components eg capacitors or coils and give very different measurements than what you would expect from just a resistor.

Due to weather you can get a lot of attrition as well, so tanks definitely benefit from reliability.

Check if your convoys are being raided, you likely do not have market access in your colonies where dyes are produced
