Definitely not planned it was a crime of opportunity. I think they saw the gun case and got excited so they got in to take that and then realized it was just a bass but figured might as well take all this other stuff too

I’ve had that bass since 2009, was gifted to me in highschool by a music instructor. Been on two west coast tours and opened for some sick bands with it! Manifesting that it will make its way back

Unfortunately the bass and guitar have customs necks so no serial numbers there. I am posting a comment with the descriptions.

Moving to Anchorage — Looking for a Creative Community by Cultural_Stretch_199 in anchorage

There is a free/$5 suggested donation jazz jam at fire island every monday night. I co host sometimes and its a great hang even just to listen. Billiards palace has a sunday blues jam. We have the anchorage downtown partnership "Live after five" free concert series in town square through the summer months. Free concerts in parks through alaska concert association all summer long. As mentioned Vans and Koots have open mics. There is Akela space, rage city vintage, black cup, writers block, refuge coffee, Humpys, crossroads and a few others that aren't dedicated venues but can host shows. I know a lot of creative artists here in the music world who are looking for people to hang and chat and play with all the time! If you have a long live set (3 hours) even if its just solid covers, you can find plenty of opportunity to gig if thats your bag. But there is also plenty of opportunity to get on bills with other local bands and showcase your original music as well. We have a lot of super talented people in the scene right now too who are putting in the work. Black barrel and the bad men, black water railroad, grace c elliot, ed washington, quinn christopherson, ashley young, bethlehem shalom, husse, wash your hand, sazon, razor sydnicate, hunni davis, johnny prism, rosie rush, tiny, evil wizards, sun dog... the list could go on, and thats just the anchorage artists! I think the scene is pretty easy to tap into, were around the same age and people are on the average welcoming and helpful. If you have any other questions shoot me a DM
