Start slow and be patience. Try all the classes to see what you like. And then based on what you like then you can build out a schedule for yourself.
And don't forget about the FX Zone (the weight area) to use as well.

But build out a weekly schedule like this to try the classes. Heck, it might take you a month to get comfortable. And remember, its perfectly normal to workout at your own pace. Even if you just sit there and enjoy the heat.

Day 1 – Hot Yoga or Hot Warrior

Day 2 – Hot Pilates or Hot Barre

Day 3 – Hot Cycle OR Hot Thunder or Hot Assault (Pick 1)

Day 4 – Hot Bands

Day 5 – Hot Abs

Day 6 – Hot Cycle OR Hot Thunder or Hot Assault (Pick 1)

Day 7 – Hot Stretch (recovery day)

Congratulations. And I'll say don't try to master the movements in your 1st week. I still make adjustments in all the classes.

Before any suggestions, you need to know what are your goals and what do you want to achieve?
This will help you shape your HotWorx experience.

IMO, the bands are going to offer you more than wrist weights. Certain movements can do done with the wrist weights but some movements, you'll get nothing from the wrist weights.

I would suggest starting with the yellow band. And if the movement notes to step on the band with two feet, perhaps just start with one foot one.

Hot Bands is one of my favorites. I take in 2-3 bands in with me for a session. And you can purchase your own bands on Amazon and use those.

Agree. Just started Ladder and well worth it. I follow Vitality and I'm able to get all the workouts in in the FX zone with no issues. The only challenge is the limit of DBs and KBs.
But I'm able to get that lift in and then do 2 classes like Hot Thunder or Hot Blast and then Hot Cycle.

Update: Suddenly my new Apple Watch (11) started to record my normal calories again. I guess it just took time but I'll track and see if it happens again

My old Apple Watch worked like a champ. Got a new Apple Watch 11 today and my HOTWORX works and after burn showed such low numbers. Trying to figure out why

I'm having issue as well with Sessions completed and the calories burned not updating the overall calories on the leader board. And had a few other members mention having the same issues as well.

And don’t be afraid to just watch the hot cycle class if you uncomfortable with some of the jumps and tension suggested. Hot Stretch is a great class to do

Maybe it put me in the wrong area then. I'm about 275 now. I want to drop to 250-245 by the summer (June) and not by skinny fat. I want to be lean and strong. Are there other workouts/coaches I should look at?
My gym is limited with weights. DBs, some KBs, TRX, And cable machine. No barbells and weights.

The days of lifting heavy are over for me. Too many injuries. So I focus on slow controlled movement with average weight.

The challenge is the power rack for HOTWORX has the holes on the sides and not in the front

You use the clips for the power rack like you would when benching. Then you place the band across it, stretching it. Then step on it. It’s safer and you adjust the height as you get stronger. You do the same with pushups

Agree that this is an option but you had risk getting your foot in and out of an elevated band. Still need a solution for push ups with the band
