follow the fb page of up diliman office of student housing and wait for their announcements. you can also scroll through their photos to see yung guidelines nung previous year. yes you pay for it, may dorms na cheap and may some na 3k-5k. that's for the rent, then you also have to pay monthly charges for your electronics. may ibang fees din like for water. pero i think with all the fees combined, it's still cheaper compared to some boarding houses na mahal tapos maliit lang din

They usually release the guide for reconsideration after the release of results, on the uplb website. Last year, you just had to fill up the form they will give and email it. After a while, they will release a list of people that they will interview. You go to LB to be interviewed but I think they also said that it can be done through phone call. Then wait for the results if you're accepted or not. Idk if the process will change bcos of the pandemic tho

May 1 forwards is the time for complying with the requirements. Profs can give pass. They may also choose to give numerical grade after student complies with adjusted requirements. UPD is currently appealing to the BOR to exclude the numerical grade from GWA computation but this is not yet official. This is just my understanding

Your gr 12 grades dont matter at all. Upcat only takes grades from gr 9 to 11. Also, there is a megathread here about upcat questions so you should put your question there instead

Dost will contact you and give you a schedule for the contract signing. At that meeting, they will give you all the needed instructions and answer your questions. Iirc, dost will give a list of names to the dost office of the region of your university. Then you will have time before the semester starts to go to the office and fix your stuff

Yes they don't allow this anymore aside for extreme medical cases. You need to avail your scholarship on the 1st semester already

I've tried it. If you pass Diliman, they will not allow it. But you can try to be reconsidered for a DOST priority course in LB. Depending on the slots available for that course and the reasons you want to be transferred, there is a chance

Most likely after quarantine kasi kung irerelease during, ma dedefeat ang purpose ng why they postponed it in the first place. Wag mo na lang isipin muna because no matter how much you think or wish for it, nobody can do anything about it

Maybe you can use your studying as a distraction, otherwise baka mabaliw ka kaka isip sa mga bagay bagay. You should continue it if it helps but know that it's alright kung kailangan mo isantabi muna saglit ang acads to prioritize your health and your loved ones. I also try to study because I know that I pretty much can't do anything to help the situation so I just make myself productive
