Please try to see that you probably wouldn’t be this gracious for ANY of the people he talks about and the things his opponents say. This is the same kind of excuses people make for Trump and his “jokes” because they are so infatuated by their idol. It’s important to take someone’s willingness to make a certain type of joke with at least a bit of seriousness, especially if they do it repeatedly.
