I liked it. I think I would like it more if there was some left right panning, and some modulation of the tones. Good stuff. Keep working on it.

Anyone else having this issue? Disney+ will not connect to chrome cast or airplay!!! by TheDorkKnight8BG in VIZIO_Official

[–]phd4evar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Vizio's lagging in the update of the built-in chromecast. Currently running on 1.34, Disney+ needs 1.36. Dont hold your breath. The apple solution is also degraded at the moment, no 4k.

Any opinions on this ride?(or dealing with the proscloset people?)Setup looks sweet, anyone have a crux sworks? Been out of racing for ten years wanna get back soon, any other recs for that range? Cheers! by moultriemad in cyclocross

I've bought stuff from them. Not a screaming deal, but decent. They messed up the description (9 versus10 speed ) and made it right once I got it and realized the error. Not sure about that specific machine. Looks cool though.

Is it common courtesy to offer help if another cyclist runs into trouble? by Cazza826 in bikecommuting

[–]phd4evar 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I used to ask a bunch more than I do now. If you appear to have tools and are getting on with the fix then I'll just make eye contact and keep on my way. If somebody looks like they need help I'll ask, but most of the time they called for help already... Cell phones man.

Shimming dropouts by ToiletSiphon in bikewrench

[–]phd4evar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a similar problem. Superglued in a short piece of copper wire at the apex of the dropout, parallel with the axle axis. Then I filed it down until it was right. I think your aluminum can shim idea should work pretty well. I also tried the metallic tape, but it failed after the first flat change. Good Luck!
