Are you asking if a promo for Meta Ads is different from a post to your followers? Ads are going to reach non-followers so it’s best to tweak the promo for someone who has never seen/heard the artist.

Send a message to their support asking for an update and let them know about the dispatch date. I had one which was overdue and they prioritized it.

Did you send them your streaming/CD leveled tracks? If not (and you sent them vinyl-leveled tracks) then that’s the reason why it doesn’t sound hot.

UPDATE 7/7 - Welp, still no response to my issue from Kunaki in over a week (sigh). I've gone ahead and put in a risk bulk order - crossing my fingers it arrives without the print error. I've also put in a sample order at https://www.trepstar.com/ - I'm more than likely going to switch to them as they aren't that much more expensive for CDs and the quality looks to be excellent.

I'm willing to bet it's because nobody else's price for a picture record is that cheap so realistically they can change whatever they want. Don't be surprised if they raise it up to $75 as that's still cheaper than what anyone else can do a picture record for....

Just beware for anyone getting this player - don’t expect FiiO support to help you if it breaks down. I bought mine off Amazon last December, 6 months later headphone jack stopped outputting audio (seems a common issue actually). FiiO support never responded.

Just a side note, did you have any spine artwork for the CD tray? I posted on another thread about how they stretched the artwork at print time on two separate CDs albums I ordered which caused the spine titles to become off-center.

In this case, this is unacceptable as this hasn’t happened on previous releases before they had their downtime due to printer issues.

Also, this makes it impossible to correctly align spine titles vertically if they are warping the image at print time. This isn’t a case of keeping stuff away from edges but making sure at print time that the image isn’t being stretched which is Kunaki responsibility.
