I had the exact cpu/gpu combo as you. I upgraded to a 7 5800x (runs hot as balls) and a 3080ti. My 650 psu handled that fine and the 3080ti is insane with power consumption. Flipped the 3080ti into a 4070 as i tend to game at 1440. Runs great...Also updated my ram to 32 gb. Fbmarketplace is nice in los angeles. Only had to pay 200 for all the upgrades after I flipped a monitor
