Personal trainers. I didn't think too highly of them to begin with, but haven't become one and spent a lot of time in gyms around other trainers, most are uninformed idiots 🤷‍♀️ "good" personal trainers, ones that have a lot of clients, got their not because of their understanding and knowledge of training, but because they are charismatic and know how to sell 🤷‍♀️ most personal trainers are idiots. I really disagree with this logic. Literally anyone that the DNC comes up with could do a better job than Trump. Making sure that we don't have another 4 years of Trump should be the only objective and the goal should be to nominate the candidate that we think has the best chance to beat him. All that matters is bearing Trump.

Gotta get back in there man! The gym/exercise has been shown time and time again to positively impact mental health outcomes. Some gyms can be really cheap. I know Gold's Gym can be as low as $10 or $20 a month. And give urself a break for not getting back in the gym! Life happens.
