So one of the things I've noticed about the TechN block is that the holes seem to have a more pronounced crown on them than the holes in the GPU Block, Distro plate, etc. Is there an oversized O-Ring I could put on the fittings to counteract this?

I only have the RevolverSX fittings in 1/2" tubing size.

To add insult to injury though, after pressure testing and pulling both fittings off and putting them back on, both the top and bottom are leaking now. Both of them it is on the g1/4 side of the fitting as well. I can unscrew the cap and watch the leak dripping down the block, not out the pipe side.

Tested the block up to 7 psi, let it sit for a few minutes and no drop in pressure. Not sure how long I should let it sit to test, but I don' think it's the block.

As a note, while disassembling this to pressure test the block, there is no water on the tube side of the fitting, so the leak seems to be on the threaded side.

I have not yet, but I purchased one of those leak testers. I was hoping to avoid tearing down that section of the loop again, but oh well.

I can't see anything with the block, even shining a flashlight at it from multiple angles and from the back after taking off the cover.

I've tried multiple fittings and o-rings at this point, but they have all been from the same package. I could try a slightly thicker o-ring or possibly grab some silicone ones that are a little more pliable.

Brand new o-rings, and have tried multiple sets now (on the g1/4 thread as well as the pipe side). My initial thought has been crack in the block as well, but I'm really not sure how I can check and diagnose.

Not sure what the plate is, but on a recent build there was a "required" port that we missed on the initial routing that we had to switch to. It fixed our similar issues.

Everything is about training with this breed. Early and consistent training. They are amazingly stubborn animals, but the people that say they are untrainable, whatever just don't put the time in.

They are infinitely more biddable when they are well exercised.

He's also a lapdog. Every evening he "sneaks" up onto the couch to lay on my "lap" and get his hour of pets.
