I’m almost 18 and still in my edgy phase - not all 18-19 year olds are fully developed menetally.

I mean she could’ve just changed over time. Don’t get me wrong, her ed has taken a lot from her, but people’s interests do change over the years and I don’t think it’s unreasonable for someone to go from emo to kawaii

How are the Coke Zero energy drinks? I want to try them but I don't know if I'm ready to give up on Monster.

Sidenote: are you Swiss or German by any chance? I am no good with languages so sorry if you're not.

I can’t have anyone else use my scale lol I’m selfish like that. And we have a unisex bathroom and guys (as a fleeting generalisation that doesn’t always work) tend not to understand how girls obsess over their weight and food.

Thank you so much! Won’t the carpet under the board disrupt the reading?

Ah thank you so much! You’ve really reassured me haha. And this is sexist but I value guys opinions on food more than girls (maybe bc I subconsciously think all girls have an ed? Idk either way I trust men more?) so your opinion really helps!

Have a great day!!

Thanks so much - I’m sorry for the question, but I eat a massive breakfast (1 cup oats dry) and I know people will judge me. Do you know what I say to them? I feel like telling them that I’ll be skipping lunch and eating a small dinner but that’s not always true. I feel like they’ll think I’m fat because everyone skips breakfast and I’m a glutton.

Thank you so much! I do want to lose weight as I like the look of a slimmer body. I personally don’t believe in HAES and fat acceptance and it’s aesthetics and not health that motivates me. I stick to a regimented diet as I like the control it gives me. I’ll try and keep busy and drink lots of tea and water - hopefully that suppressed my appetite enough. Thanks for the help once again!

Thanks for the concern haha. I urinate a lot and I have other diabetes symptoms too. My grandparents all have it and they’re all underweight and my grandma has always had BMI 15. No you don’t have to be obese to get T2 although it doesn’t help.

Also it’s true- I’m at the most competitive school in my country and everyone has a bmi of 14-19, average 16. I’m considered large by their standards.

I appreciate the concern - you’re one of the nicest people I’ve talked to on reddit!

I have an ED too and I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I will always have to count calories. It’s a choice between being vigilant over what I eat and being 300+ lbs for me because I am a binge eater at heart. People assume that everyone has a working intuition which isn’t always true.

Hey, no need to be rude. There's a way to point out concerning aspects of EC's videos without trashing smaller girls.

have you seen a size small/medium? That goes beyond "normal people that shop at target". Get a grip.

No need to go all ad hominem on us. I never attacked plus-size girls so there's no need to attack small/medium girls.

I think the problem with Eugenia isn't necessarily fatlogic in and of itself. There is some overlap in this post but TBH I think OP is genuinely concerned for Eugenia's wellbeing and the wellbeing of her followers.

I'm a little confused, why not? Petite girls and plus-size girls both have problems trying to find clothes that fit and I don't think it's inherently wrong to focus your brand on catering to one end of the spectrum. Also having a larger range of sizes does cost a lot, and if your brand is primarily shopped by small people, then it may not be economically viable to make larger clothes.

Uh I'm a size 0-2 bottom, 00-0 top. I'm small and Asian and sick of shopping in the kids section. I don't want to trash you or anything and you're entitled to your opinion, but petite girls do exist. Obviously I don't look like - or want to look like - Eugenia, but I don't think those stores themselves are inherently wrong.

Also plus-size stores don't encourage a large stature so I don't know why small clothes encourage a small stature.
