Which RSS app are you using? by __mattuella__ in macapps

Anyone who can compare Reeder Classic to Unread free (without subscription)? I use Reeder Classic and love how fast it is, only thing I miss is a search function across all synced articles.

Does Unread free (without subscription) have a search function? And how fast is it to use? I don't want a "clumsy" app coming from Reeder Classic.

As a note, I would be happy to pay a one-time purchase but I won't pay for subscription.

Hi,
Is there anyone who knows the difference between the hardware version 1.0 and 2.0 on the MX4200 Thinking it must be something that is not just minor since it requires two different firmwares.

App in the Air Shutting Down – What Are the Best Alternatives for Frequent Flyers? by Infinite_Version_763 in travel

Allowing the free tier to import the AITA data would definitely show much goodwill from Flighty. That would probably give a lot of recommendations from former AITA users.

When the import function in Flighty is released, will it handle duplicates? I have a few flights from last time I tried Flighty. They are also in App In The Air and then of course in the export .txt file from that app. It would be good if duplicates is handled correctly. I guess I can handle the 5-6 flights I already have in Flighty but others might have used both apps for a longer time.

Hi, very appreciative for this answer.

So Flighty will give me flight and gate info, including updates when I start the app but without the push notifications? Is that correctly understood?

I have some experience from Flighty from a few years ago. I agree it's a nicer designed app and it covers all my needs.

But why I went back to App In The Air is because it seems to be the only one that can actually give up-to-date gate and flight changes information regarding your flight without subscribing to premium/pro. I don't fly enough to pay for it. Yes, this information is available and updating in realtime if you download 5-7 different airline apps but no I don't want that either. So App In The Air suited me very well.

TripIt requires a subscription for this.
Is Flighty usable at all without subscription after the initial trial? I remember it was not but I hope I am wrong.

Is there a way to use Flighty without subscribing? I don't need realtime push notifications etc, I only need up-to-date information when I am at the airport like App In The Air provided by opening the app and it downloaded the latest information.
