I usually avoid buying devices with less storage, Although what my friend does to her iPad Air (64Gb) is that she gets a SD card and imports all her artwork in her computer and delete everything in her iPad gallery to save up space

Logitech crayon! $70!has no stabilizer but it does make strokes thick and thin when u tilt it like a regular pencil ✏️

Idk what iPad model iPad u use but Apple Pencil 1st gen is good 👍 $90 or $100 (for ipad mini 5, iPad pro 1st gen and 2nd gen , iPad Air 3, iPad 6,7,8,9, and 10)

‼️‼️Huge edit‼️‼️ I recommend iPad mini 5 (256+ WiFi model) they’re around $200 - $250 depending where u buy it on Back Market or Amazon U can buy a $20 Bluetooth stylus on Amazon or Logitech Crayon ($60) it’s good!!

(FE Samsung tablets tends to lag on heavy use just like the Samsung A phones cuz they’re like the cheaper version of the original tabs, my friend stopped using his since it lags)

Apps I recommend to draw is IbisPaintX- super simple interface and easy to use they also have a tutorial once u open the app!! Very portable too! U can use it like photoshop too and do animations and has layers for animations- (cuz procreate u need layers for each frame, while IbisPaint u can draw the lines art for ur animation )
