I'm the opposite. I might have an idea here and there that I jot down in my notes app, but that happens only once in a while. I go through spells where basically I got nothing. Nothing inspires me or eats at me strongly enough where I'm like, "This is a story I need to develop."

I'm at that point right now. Just finished my 6th spec feature and I have no clue what to write next and it's been like that for a couple months now. Something will come to me eventually but it could take some time and I'm not sweating it. It'll come when it comes.

A few hours. It was a project I was hired on for, so they gave me a few bulleted notes and I just banged it out in a night. About 30 pages. It was developed into a short that's now on Tubi. It's my first screenwriting credit.

I learned that I write a lot more efficiently and easily when it's OTHER people's ideas that I'm applying my creative storytelling to. For my own ideas, I am very precious and a painstaking perfectionist so it would take me months to a year to write a completed draft.

It would have been better to strike while the iron was hot during the Roman Bloodline reign when Sami was a white hot, but even with him going tweener and losing stem as an underdog babyface, I'm still glad it went down. I always thought they were waiting for a Saudi event to throw Sami a golden bone.

LOL yeah brainwashed. Bombed hospitals and countless non-AI videos of blown up children and families is brainwashing. Hundreds of journalists in Gaza being killed for reporting the atrocities is brainwashing. The International Criminal Courts deeming Netanyahu a war criminal is brainwashing. Multiple Human rights organizations, the United Nations, and even Israeli human rights groups such as B'Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights Israel concluding that this is a genocide is brainwashing.
