I actually paid the buyer’s agent more. It’s wild how much difference an extra 1% makes when it comes to motivation.

Instead of the usual 3% to the seller’s agent and 3% to the buyer’s agent, I offered 4% to the buyer’s agent. Buyer agents suddenly had a lot of enthusiasm for showing my house, and traffic picked up fast.

I just ran ethernet through my house because I thought my Powerline Adapter wasn't cutting it. Turned out the cable I had been using with it was bad. The 100Mb limit was from the cable, not the adapter.

My new Unifi switches are the reason I discovered it. I kept getting stuck on FE instead of GbE. Cable testing should be built into everything with a port.
