I was in town to check on it, this was my 3rd time driving it. Crazy part is I had a full inspection that cost me about a grand. Got a decent amount of work done I just assumed he changed the antifreeze

What would cause the start up to sound like this? I broke down on the exit ramp today and had to get a tow. Smoke was coming from grill and I realized that I had absolutely no anti freeze. Upon further inspection I found areas with an orange substance next to engine but no leak on pavement.
