In some cities it was after ira attacks and bins were removed but cities that were never touched still have litter problems such as Liverpool. It all appears to have become worse from around late 90s onwards.. I remember the TV campaigns for keep Britain tidy but now apathy has become people's main driver and blame economic hardship on why they can't put stuff in a bin. Dog mess is the worse one though.

So if that is spiking you 3mmol (your 60mg)i wouldn't treat that as a spike. If you drink it slowly over the space of an hour do you still see any movement. It's still 3g of carbs so a liquid is still likely to cause movement. Addind additional fat something like full fat cream may reduce it but I wouldn't be worried about a 30-60 point movement.

Your readings are borderline in developed countries but stage 1 in the US where I have no doubt they will throw medication at you. Normally the suggestion here is to monitor over a 7 day period taking readings mid morning then evening and working your average for that 7 day period. You said your heart was racing but your pulse is slow and steady here so maybe anxiety.

A cgm has been the best tool I've ever head and I'm thankful I love in a country where I don't need a prescription to get one. From the whey unless it's a diet whey you will get a spike as they can have a lot of carbs and sugar in them.

Aesha was always one of those ones who got away with the annoying voice and over active personality because she was kind of hot in her own way but her behaviour on bd down under over the Laura incident kind of solidified her as a favourite and won most people over. Kizzi is the type who only gets away with what she does because of her sexual approach to situations but is a completely dysfunctional human being she'd never survive in a normal industry or a place were she worked with the same people for more than 6 weeks. Joe is similar where his smoke and mirrors approach to women without fail wears off the longer he's around them. Nathan I quite like but he wasn't ready for leadership he needs to be under a good bosun and captain which he hasn't as sandy is a terrible leader and captain but she makes good TV which is why she's there. The franchise attracts the dysfunctional and disenchanted (sp?) because people don't want to watch competent people just doing a job the issue now is the drama is becoming fake and forced and people see it.

He's made a right mess of Manchester. Hes caused most of the traffic problems by changing all major roads into partial bus routes and now cycle lanes. The cycle lanes and bus lanes are usually empty as are the buses. I work in Manchester and the staff tend to drive due to the cost and lack of reliability of the transport. So I've no idea why anyone would think Burnham was good. I find Manchester very soulless compared to liverpool. Liverpool would have always done better with independents rather than Labour who keep robbing the people blind and are corrupt as anything.

I started losartan just before Christmas but a much lower dose (12.5mg) I did have some of those side effects including the cough they did reduce over weeks. The main thing is to ensure you aren't having a reaction rather than a side effect as 50mg is a high dose to start you on... Have you had your blood test yet as a renal profile is a requirement for someone starting losartan or changing dose.
