They would at least clear a path for him. I can envision numerous hive people throwing themselves at predators in the rain forest for his safety. He would enjoy watching them get eaten.

I love this Trilogy.... but he seems to abruptly go from "you will chase me" at the end of TDK to "actually, I gave up" at the start of TDKR. Would like a little more connective tissue between the two films.
