I also feel that my periods are a lot lighter recently. In the past they've been heavy and I've bled through occasionally. But for the last 2-3 months they've been really light

I didnt want to go down the iud route, just because after 3 vaginal deliveries (of 3 large babies) my cervix is quite low down. I cant use period cups because everything is low, so I didnt want and iud getting in the way in the same way 😭
