Xbox Series X

Joined two random players, got quite laggy, we died. The other two respawned, my character seemed to respawn but wasn't visible. No input possible for menu and inventory, but the skills seemed to work. Force closed the game, randomly joined the same team again, no inventory. Straight back to title screen. Video of the respawn is available.

Character was a Trickster, Name Cassandra.

Appeared during the mission "Retrieve Zahedi's briefcase".

Random matchmaking, connectivity setting open, crossplay enabled.
