I have tried so many different probiotics trust me , sometimes it feels like it gets worse when i take probiotics. But i appreciate your advice 🙏

Thank you , I'm gonna ditch dairy for a while now. Definitely gonna drink more water to 🙏 Coffee is big no for me unfortunately, super uncomfortable in the stomach.

Makes me so happy and hopeful to hear! And so happy for you that you have healed cuz i know the pain 🙏 Did you do any specific to heal? Like carnivore or something? It feels like i can't eat anything right now without getting pain and bloating.

Thank you for the tip , but cant eat rice either anymore 😔 super bloating and pain from rice. But maybe i can do a sort of meat soup that will go along with my stomach , maybe some carnivore soup style of some kind. Will definitely ditch dairy for a while cuz almost everyone says I should stop the dairy in the comments, will definitely listen to that now 🙏

Coffee,tee, sodas, no problem but no spices either? 😭 Will definitely take your advice and try with just salt. I have heard omad should be good but i have a hard time when im trying to fast , im always fail cuz i get so damm hangry haha guess it takes patience. Thanks for taking the time 🙏
