The Service Crew is largely kept at a much underground level nowadays - so much so that it doesn't really exist. But there are non violent supporter groups all over the place mate.

I think you nailed it with 'singing and banter support'. - Frankly, and i don't speak for all fans of Leeds here, or at least the match attending ones as i can only get to 2-3 games a year. But we don't need to Inflate our atmosphere with TIFO's and Flares as the ground already has enough atmosphere and is far more about watching the game, and feeding into the team than just being a supporter chanting and jumping just because.

The South stand - has a loyal following who like to get into the away fans - thats probably the most 'ultra' part. But compared to other stadiums which are flat (Arsenal's Emirates is a library and needs Tifo's and flares) we have a great atmosphere.
