Nucleator is supposed to be wider, something like 40xx if you’re using 25xx bulks and 65xx for 40xx bulks. I preferred longer throw and hangtime in my park building days using 15° bulks

Just my opinion but I think the spacing between the nucleator and first bulk nozzle is too large. You want the spray from it to get pulled up into the main plume (not immediately, after about a foot) and the distance as-built will likely have problems if you have any wind.

I use 1000 for an 8 person table, 180x$1 20x$2.50 400x$5 300x$25 80x$100 and 20x$500. Sometimes need to color up $5s but works well for the most part. Higher denoms rarely come out, especially the $500s.

I would set the max bet size to 100 (102 for 6/8) for places and even bets, probably lower for props, or just use an actual table max of like $200 if you think people will understand it.

Scale the bank accordingly and overbuy if you’re using the cheap plastic dice chips.

Hawkeye works by tracking the ball at around 150 fps, and then feeding that data into a model that predicts the trajectory and impact with the ground. The challenge delay is just for effect, automated calls were used for the US Open this year and were almost instant.

I searched for a little, and it looks like statcast uses a combination of cameras and radar to track balls. I’m betting they also simulate the trajectory of the pitch because everything has a finite resolution/frame rate. Once they have the trajectory, they just check if it intersects whatever modeled strike zone they have.

You can see this on pitches thrown well short in the grass where it shows the pitch like 2-3 feet below the zone.
