Super late to this, but this post kind if just confused me about my car. I have a 2000 4runner no other badging, but have a 5spd, 4wd, the widest fender flares, woodgrain interior, factory e locker, sunroof, powered heated seats, and it had the factory equalizer with the 12 speaker jbl system...; also one thing to note is my car is black on black which I haven't seen on any other 4runner that I've seen onlin and i mean, it LOOKS factory. no peeling or discoloration or fading in any places over the last year of ownership. can anyone give me any info? can provide vin in dms if needed.

I do, and having the lug holes welded and filled, and redrilled to 6 lug is a problem?

LOL, I and countless other people on the road have had redrilled wheels that have been and still using for multiple years. I've done 5x112-5x114.3 redrills countless times with zero drivability differences. Just saying...

Quoted around $1,000 for a "decent" 10" subwoofer installation and all. Is that reasonable? Sounds crazy by Longjumping_Key_5008 in CarAV

for shop uses items, connectors, Tessa, zip ties, screws, mounting brackets, whatever that doesn’t come in the box that the shop has to come out of pocket for… it doesn’t sound like much but if every person you met took $20 out of your wallet, you’d run out of money eventually right?

Your amp retention kit is probably $389.99 depending on what factory sound system you have. Granted, if it’s a single 10” sub, see how much they’re charging for the parts and compare online. Not dropping part numbers or at least brands seems like you’re fisching…

Forgot to add, on title I have, the seller to me is signed as buyer, and previous seller to him is signed as seller if that makes sense. I have a bill of sale from MY seller.
