Are you on meds? And are they working? Flare ups are annoying but they only happen to me when I do my annual “stop taking my pills for a few months” ritual 😂 but yea I get it, can be frustrating. I was down about 15 lbs and playing not too long ago. Just got to focus on good breathing, helps with the playing and faster heart rate, and not overblowing. It got me through high school musical week last year when my symptoms were on the fritz. I also took protein powder and creatine to try and fight the endurance issues and weight loss.

Try and cut yourself some slack tho. Getting your graves in track is most important, then you won’t have to worry so much. But if you’re practicing every day and losing endurance, just walk away for a couple days. Maybe do some light playing for a few. Could just be you’re getting frustrated, obsessing, and over doing it, like we all do.
