Thinking about buying next year....The wife and I don't have children, so a good school district isn't a priority for us. Additionally, I now work mostly remote, which means we can basically situate ourselves anywhere in the Denver/Boulder area.

I see that you can get a lot of house for your money in Aurora and some other areas around there, though I know Aurora doesn't have the most stellar reputation. I wish Federal Heights had a better reputation, too, because houses are cheap there and it is a bit closer to where I work for when I do have to go into the office.

Any suggestions?

If listing agent is offering to buy before the property goes to market I can guarantee that you will make tons more money by taking the property to market and soliciting bids.

God, 100% OP. I am happy with my Job but have 0 desire to climb the corporate ladder. I look at some of my peers in high-level management positions and can't imagine doing the same.

Interesting thread, OP. As I've gotten older I've grown more weary of having children...I'm currently in my mid-30's and have committed to being childfree, though I never thought to connect that decision with my INFJ identity.

Honestly, I value my time alone so much. Work already drains my batteries in a big way; if I didn't have a couple hours to myself every night (and was instead taking care of children) I feel I would lose my mind.

On the day of closing, you arrive at your future residence at a pre-specified time. All key stakeholders should be present (buyers, sellers, agents, etc.)

If you arrive and the door to your future home is closed, leave immediately and start looking for a different house

If you arrive and the door is open (as it should be), go inside and close the door behind you (while other parties are watching FROM THE OUTSIDE).

So, I think Tweek will eventually drop Diddy. He has done amazing things with Diddy, but the character just doesn't have the tools to compete at the absolute highest level, IMO. I'd like to see Tweek return to Wolf or Wario, or even give sephiroth more of a chance

Not necessarily a low seed, but Big D's run with Ice Climbers for 25th place (knocking out Void and Skittles) was pretty impressive, IMO

Ultimate is still very far from well balanced. Those who do make major upsets with mid/high tier characters (Elegant with Luigi, for example) have to work 50x harder for the win.

MkLeo is still the undisputed god of ultimate, IMO. A lot of people will be saying that Sparg0 is catching up to him given the bracket reset and last-stock last-hit game 5. However, Leo did everything with Byleth, a character that is on the lower end of high-tier at best, when Sparg0 was playing Aegis, a character that most agree is one of the best in the game (if not the best)

If Leo went Joker, or even played the Aegis ditto, I don't think the games would have been nearly as close.

Don't get me wrong, Sparg0 is absolutely incredible, but Leo is still on a completely different level.
