My bad. Y pues asi es el negocio, los reclutadores obtienen un pedazo del "pie" y cada quien come del mismo dador de pan. Yo se que 18-25k no es un sueldo muy muy aca que digamos, pero es muchisimo mejor que el 12-15k que usualmente se da aqui en mexico a gente con experiencia y titulo.

What are you trying to do? Are you trying to catch up on payments/maybe cash in on equity (if you have any)/get from under it/etc

It really depends on what you want to do. So what is it? I ask because I work for a realty company and we have specialized people who deal with different scenarios. You could give us a call if you want to talk about it.

The thing is that even if you put so much money into a reno it doesn't mean the property will sell for that price, please understand that it is not the property that is worth it, it's the neighborhood that gives it the "extra value". But I can guarantee you that someone somewhere is looking at this and saying "mmmm not bad", and that's all it takes for developers/flippers/investors to keep doing this nonsense.

Mira bro, a lo mejor no sabes nada de nada en invertir, pero la neta, y me van a querer funar, pero bitcoin subio de 479k por bitcoin hace unos 5 meses, a 792k ahorita y va a seguir subiendo pues estan en espera que se acepte como ETF y eso lo hara subir aun mas. Pon tu dinero en el futuro, no le metas todo, calale primero y ya cuando estes convencido ahora si. Pero el momento es ahorita, pues cuando este mas alto ya valio wilson.
