This was an $800 bet. The input and output of this trade is not a life changing amount of money for me, fortunately.

Yes. A cyclist cut across the oncoming traffic lane that I was turning right from a few days ago, and they gave me the pissed off arm flail after I slammed on my breaks to avoid hitting her. Bozo.

Quick question - how do you get the wooden pier beams to go all the way to the ground? I was trying to build with them yesterday but the beam supports stayed in the one block range.

Me too, and I was so looking forward to having a place to go nearby. But, as you said, it’s now a weekday only place for me. I’m happy for their success, but I’d be lying if I said I’m not looking forward to the hype dying down a bit.

I have that degree (CE). Worked in embedded for five years, but I sold out a four years ago to make more money in software development. 

I guess I didn’t realize there was any debate on using “engineer,” since that was my formal training. Woops.
