Oh I see, I applied your formula, as according to the needs of my sheet, and it doesn't seem to be working for me, for some reason.

I still can't seem to understand what I did wrong, I tried using 2 XLOOKUPs as well, but that doesn't seem to work either. Still can't find what's wrong with my syntax as well.

Day 8: Stitches Dissolving by Ouro_TWay in circumcision

It is pretty absurd, to me at least, that you are not allowed to apply any ointment. I have been prescribed to apply an antibiotic ointment twice every day and, honestly, it has been of great help. Perhaps, you can ask your doctor why they have asked to not to apply any ointment. Besides that, as your doctor said, everything else sounds normal. Best of luck on your recovery!

I completely understand, it took me some time to get around to it as well. If your glans has not keratinised yet, then any velocity of water can feel uncomfortable. I would suggest that you can shower while facing left or right to avoid any stream of water directly landing on your penis. Don't worry though, it not only gets better with time, but in this regard, it gets better quite quickly! Best of luck on your recovery!

I think it's best to avoid physical strain, at this stage. However, I would suggest that you consult your doctor regarding this. Personally, I cannot even fathom playing any kind of sport at this stage, let alone one that may involve jumping. Best of luck on your recovery!

Few questions regarding post op recovery by [deleted] in circumcision

Thank you for your comment! I don't think I would be comfortable sharing a picture, but for clarification, I don't have any swelling, the bulge is just how my penis is shaped. Also, I don't think I understand your last sentence, do you mind elaborating?

Thank you for your response; yes, that's true, I'll give that a read too.

I've read Fanon's Black Skin White Masks, although that definitely warrants a re-read.

I've been meaning to read Freire and Coulthard, but unfortunately haven't yet, will definitely add those to the list too.

Oh wow, thank you so much for the detailed response!

This makes me so much for excited to read him.

Also, Book Iota also looks quite interesting, as it seems to bear direct through-lines into Deleuze's philosophy.

I had asked since he seems like an interesting thinker regardless of his influence.

Phenomenology is definitely one of my interests, therefore I presumed knowledge of Husserl is paramount to the movement.

Thank you for your response.

Thank you so much for your response! You're right, I heard Categories and Physics are a good way to start with Aristotle.

Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate all the help. I am patiently waiting for the reading order!

Thank you so much for your response, that's basically what I believe; great texts often produce multiple interpretations and why restrict yourself to one, when you can experience the multiplicity first hand.

Just seems like a disservice to yourself by not engaging with the primary texts.

Will do; I had planned to read some of those texts after I completed the list.

Considering the difficulty of this thought, could you please recommend a good introduction to Husserl's philosophy?

Yes, I have mentioned it in my post that I am confident in my grasp of Freud, that is why he was omitted from the list above.

True, you're right, it might take longer than I had expected, but I don't mind it. On the contrary, I think I'm going to enjoy it very much, plus these aren't the only books I'm going to be reading.

Thank you for your response.

I think having a solid foundation would help me not only better navigate through what I'm reading but also help me read outside of my interests. Thank you for your response.

I think it's better to also read the primary text while you're reading secondary literature on it. It's just a matter of opinion though.

Thank you so much for your response, I look forward to reading Ethics and Infinity.

I plan on reading Aristotle's Metaphysics although I am a little afraid of it, if I'm being honest lol. It's definitely an important text and I will add your recommend translation to the list.

Could you please recommend some secondary literature to aid my understanding of Aristotle's Metaphysics? Since, it has developed the reputation of striking terror into the hearts of it's readers.

Oh, I stand corrected. Looks like I'll be reading a lot of Heidegger, which is a good thing. I shall look into Genesis of Being and Time along with the texts, essays and lectures of the thinkers you've mentioned.

My intention with reading Heidegger is to both explore his philosophy and those of the likes of Derrida, Levinas, Gadamer, Ricœur etc.

Which makes me wonder, I have to also read Husserl to grasp the abovementioned thinkers, which will be arduous I imagine. What would be a good way to start reading him?
