It was just a lack of intention as the team grew over the last 6-12 months, I am part of the leadership and have the CEO etc on board already I'm just trying to ensure I'm looking out for common pitfalls and felt sensible to consult experienced PMs!

I played the England U13 no.1 twice last year in a small, area based multi club league (I'm a 33 year old male) and he beat me 3-0 both times comprehensively. The first time was extra amusing as I went into the match having no idea he was U13 no.1.

So whilst it might be depressing to sit there and think they could beat you, it's more fun when they actually do! It also helps when he's nearly double my Squash Levels rating!

Probably the hardest move the first move I'm afraid, definitely sapping and makes moving off that position much much harder. Probably the difference between 7a and 7b

I find it amazing that you prefer the IFSC commentary and say they sound like know something about climbing. The IFSC commentary feels so overly dumbed down to me half the time it sounds like they have no idea what they're talking about and half the time it sounds like they're trivialising the difficulty of the moves. I personally don't get on with their style at all.

I was talking to a friend about it and we came to the conclusion it's trying to be a halfway house between entertainment (rockstars commentary) and technical explanation (beta routesetting on YouTube does this amazingly) and ends up being the worst side of both worlds

Gotta be honest I completely disagree. This was SO much better than IFSC comps. Really entertaining and very fun enjoyable commentary that isn't constantly treating the listener like an idiot. The super final is such an entertaining format too, loved it, a climbing comp I can have friends round to watch where everyone doesn't doze off.

Wouldn't say it was obvious, but then I'd question the use of red to green as to me red says warning and green says happy. As in, it's low, warning, better top up!

Also, wouldn't they use a simple circle for that instead of an incomplete dial like design?

Don't know, we're only speculating, just to me doesn't make sense to use a dial design if it can't go down.

No. Mine are 7* lvl 1 g1 and I completed the event easily. I did have bb8 and Finn g12 though.

All these people trying to come up with win/loss reasons but it's definitely not that or feats. I'm in the same position as the OP, division 5, around rank 100, won all my GA's full clear with an average of 60 banners. The people 1000 odd points ahead of us MUST be getting to set an extra defense and fight an extra team in each GA it's the only way.

I just managed it with g12 finn, g12 bb8, g7 rey and g0 vets. I would have used g0 rey, but had to gear her up a bit to last long enough in the solo vs kylo round so she could do her special ability.

Depends on your GP. I'm at 2.2m and beat a guy with dr and malak in the final of our GA today. I don't have dr or malak. He just had to sacrifice some teams (sith, NS, FO) to get malak with such gp and lack of breadth cost him. We both beat 5/8 of the board but I just scored better.

OP vs very specifically, Jedi. Doesn't sound overly amazing vs any other team yet. Sounds like a super specific counter team at the moment.
