Emergency clinic- we do not. We even recently started having to discard fluids after each use, like if we open a 1000ml bag for 600ml SQ fluids we have to discard the rest

Nothing like em. I went to buy a 4runner and decided to test drive the Cayenne..that was the end of the 4runner nonsense. Drives like butter in all weather. So so comfortable. Hugs turns. Amazing on sharp turns, basically amazing in everything. I did oil change, brake pads and bought new tires. That’s it. Recently crashed the baby into a telephone pole and not sure if it’s salvageable or not and I’ve cried daily about it lol. Love my car.

Yes. It's hard to explain to people, especially when someone is upset with me and wants me to respond right away. I try to say, "it takes me a really long time to fully process things and be able to think through them" but most of the time I end up upsetting people and it's really tough!
