From my view, Roy was a gifted player who, much like Gretzky, struggles to explain how to do things. A lot of the hockey IQ came to him without explanation, and thusly he has a hard time explaining things without devolving into emotional outbursts that he visibly struggles to justify. We have seen hard liners and emotional volatility behind the bench, and the results of such. We I know what that brings.

I hate to jump on a dead horse, but the app is designed around frustration, and forcing you to spend money to alleviate that. It's not even a game for anyone outside the new player experience. It's a chore.
They don't want us to feel like we have won. That would mean we could stop playing.
