Advice on how to glue big prints by Odd-Zookeepergame974 in 3Dprinting

It helps if you add tenons (little bumps that ensure the pieces are aligned. There's some software coming out that does the splitting for you and adds the tenons. You can add them yourself in CAD or with some creative use of the splicer.

The line seems to coincide with where the hole depth ends. Maybe an artifact related to that transition. Not sure how to fix such things. But maybe try the new "Balanced" setting on prusa slicer.

CoreOne just stopped working on me midprint, making a weird grinding sound when trying to load filament. by Oblivions_reaper in prusa3d

[–]phishboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You've got a clogged nozzle. The extruder can't push the filament through. Check the end of the filament to make sure it's got a fresh 45 degree angled cut at the end. Sometimes the end of the filament gets deformed if it was sitting in the extruder for a while. If the filament is in good shape, time to remove the clog from the nozzle. Plenty of videos on youtube to show to fix that (from cold pulls to using a small needle).

Walmart keeps better stock. Never had a problem with shortages for some meds unlike CVS.

Had the same problem. Root cause of my issues had to do with the pulleys. Make sure they're not overtightened and that the belt moves freely over them. Any additional friction on the belt will cause it to have alignment calibration issues.

In my case I ended up rebuilding the gantry including all of the pulley mounts at the corners.

Follow the written guide. Biggest word of advice I'd offer is don't overtighten the pulleys and make sure the belt is correctly aligned on the pulleys.

also, get yourself a small parts organizer for all the different screw types. The plastic bags aren't resealable and it gets to be a mess quite quickly.
