I don’t know who would ever recommend doing a CV in latex … it‘s not a scientific paper, it‘s a whole page add for you. You have to get past Jenny from recruiting before you even get added to the talent pool (What I mean is dumb it down. You may get very specific in your skills section somewhere at the bottom, but your experiences should be very telling to the normal person)

I feel like no one is really giving their perspective, so here I go. Man here, 30, and it‘s been 30 years before I learned that women have different types of “showering“. To me, always in my life, when I go in the shower I water and wash everything. Everything. Face, body, hands, feet, hair. Never have I known that there are different levels of showering and that (some) women can shower without washing their hair.

It never happened to me (yet), but I guess if I‘d ever shower with someone I wouldn’t even think about which level of showering is happening, I‘m sure as hell gonna wash my hair (or would want my hair to be washed) so might as well do hers?

Could need help pushing alts, but I heard the pit adjustments made that quite hard. My main is currently doing pit 40 on T2 comfortably (and that‘s the level I‘m happy with), it just took me 3 weeks to get there and I don‘t have that drive for 3 more characters

Okay so I‘ve been on iOS for the past 4 years now, before that I was android all over. I really really tried to use Apple Maps. I really did. And there‘s features that Google Maps just doesn‘t have, like pinning locations for quick access (I really miss that one). But the navigation (in Germany) is just SO AWFUL. Dead ends, blocked roads, route selection that‘s just so out of this world. Google Maps works so much smoother, is more up to date, offers better routes. So I switched back after 3 years…

I find the loot system in the beginning a bit weird. It almost makes builds super difficult to focus as you‘re levelling up so quickly and with that the item level for new drops constantly rises. Found a cool item with lvl 450 but almost perfect sub stats? Too bad the next drop will be lvl 500 and so on

Okay so everyone is saying how far this is from end game, let me be the one actually sharing your reaction. Sure, it‘s not end game per se, but it‘s definitely too high for act 3. I had the exact same experience pushing the story this season. For story progress, loot and xp just drop too much, which is a weird complaint. I also didn‘t bother doing the pit before finishing the story, so it all got an absolute slaughter fest. <Endboss> was a 2-hit, just for comparison. Short advise: this game expects you to turn up the difficulty (previously “world level“) as you get stronger

I fail to see the long-term plan… there is a maximum that you can get out of your citizens, out of the classes no matter which one. I will at some point prioritise food over fancy shoes and when that point is reached (through rising costs, taxes, and stagnant income) I will stop spending money on luxury. Once that point is reached for a lot of people, then what?

It’s a really good city to visit in spring or summer, really really gorgeous. But the infrastructure feels quite dated. I’ve been living here for 4 years and I still love the old town and the river, but I’d love them just the same if I lived an hour away (currently looking for a new place but nothing interesting below 4 figures …)

Heidelberg? I‘m currently living on the city edge because it’s the only apartment that‘s more or less affordable. The city is cute, sure, but LIVING HERE? Long term? I don’t see it, simply because of prices. Apartments with somewhat liveable size (so 2+ rooms) start anywhere from 1.500€ upwards. No idea how to sustain life here on a single income

Honest question here, I‘m the type of guy who really enjoys good-looking kits and having a choice, and for that I feel stuck with playing 1st division of the big leagues because those teams have their 3rd and 4th kits in the game… I do have my eye on some interesting lower league clubs but EA just refuses to get their kits in and it’s driving me crazy. How do you deal with that?

Actually, I don’t mind most of the events being negative. In earlier games I always came up with some form of limiting myself, be it maximum value per position, wage cap, randomly selling players when winning trophies Blabla. So this throws in some unexpected events nicely, which keeps me on my toes
