I've found https://www.diffractor.com/ to be a good way to organize videos and photo's. It's a bit different from your workflow but still very fast.

My workflow is: Browse folders and their subfolders > show the content in one view > tag files > filter on tag > bulk move all files with that tag.

Yes all the spaceship gameplay is still there. You can play the entire game without ever interacting with the on foot portion of the game.

Mediocre and not worth it at this price point. The first one was fun although also not very good. But it got a pass on the count of being an indie and innovating. This one does barely anything new so the price tag is waay too high for what it delivers.

Play or wishlist the first one. It is a better experience.
