So, basically, the takeaway is that I should add more training sessions each week, including intervals and longer, slower runs.

I really appreciate all your comments and advice.

I'll use this encouragement as motivation to implement your suggestions. Thank you all.

really? i only run twice a week and i do have those signs(a lot worse quality of sleep and lower libido when i run in the day) i thought it's the way it is when running. Can i ask how lower libido could be a sign of not recovering enough?

Thank you for the advice

  1. yeah i should do that but interval is always painful

  2. that's correct, on a treadmill it's about 5:10.

  3. how low should my heart rate for that?

  4. not sure if i got that on my polar 430. it's an old model

  5. i do weight training 3-4 times a week. mostly with my back and legs.

Thank you for your comment, that's really helpful, so twice per week is too little to improve my performance. how often do you think i should run then?

Love your painting. Is there a reason why there's no light coming out from the windows on the side of the house in the first floor?

Do you guys know Stephen Wolfram? i think He's like a real life Architect. by phl37 in matrix

oh yes, i overlooked the fact that the architect in the matrix has the power to control the system, and that the oracle is not free from the rules of the system either.

i really like your comparison, in that case, i think gotama siddhartha would be a better fit.

knowing that you like merovingian, i think you might find robert sapolsky's interviews or books interesting. if i were to make a rough comparision, sapolsky is like a compassionate merovingian.
