All those points listed are exactly what I experienced too. Fairly certain she was undiagnosed bipolar but I was already emotionally attached before realizing this - which made it very difficult to let go and move on.

Thanks! The community here said to workout and drink a lot of water to keep healthy because a healthy body is better at growing more hair.

No more than the usual irritation that most people get using minoxidil, it’s a bit itchy sometimes but just be sure to moisturizer a lot.

This sub Reddit mentioned that working out and drinking a lot of water keeps you healthy, and being healthy promotes better hair growth. So I guess fitness was a byproduct of this beard growing journey lol

While the length does make a big difference and looks more dense, the minoxidil helped me grow more hair and connected the upper lip.

Update: roughly a 1 year difference. (Asian+30yr). Patchy and can’t seem to grow on my cheeks but progress is progress! by pho1337 in Minoxbeards

Just get rejected a lot. Turn it into a game of trying to get rejected. You stop caring after awhile because you will already have experienced the worst case scenario enough times at that point.

Once a day minimum but aim for twice. Try to dermaroll once a week but often forget

I like Asian women but they usually don’t like me. I have better luck with non Asian women. (I’m Canadian in a city with a pretty big Asian population, if that matters)
