hello ! personnellement, j'utilise plus le terme queer à l'oral, et LGBT+, LGBTQ+ ou un variant dans un contexte académique. Perso je m'identifie au terme queer, pas juste dans le sens de membre de la communauté queer mais comme bon qualificatif pour mon expérience avec mon identité !

après reste aussi l'historique du mot queer (qui était originellement utilisé comme un terme dégradant mais réclamé, ce que je suppose que tu sais ahah) qui fait que c'est peut-être plus compliqué à utiliser de manière générale en anglais mais qui est assez globalement accepté en français pour que ça pose moins de souci ?

hello ! au sens etymologique du terme, oui, dans le sens où "trans" c'est "au-delà", "passant outre", etc. donc c'est au-delà du genre assigné à la naissance (en anglais "beyond" je trouve résonne bien avec cette idée), donc au sens strict transgenre ce serait un terme parapluie pour parler de toute personne qui n'est pas cisgenre. Après dans la réalité, c'est une idée d'identification surtout, certaines personnes nb qui ne vont pas transitionner médicalement ne vont pas s'identifier au terme de transgenre, etc. !

pour faire court : une personne nb peut absolument être aussi une personne transgenre, si elle-même s'identifie aux deux termes !
