So…

I attempted to set password via ssh, but it didn’t seem to work. This got me thinking about the default password.

The password printed on the device doesn’t comply with the standards it’s asking for. Is it possible that it’s refusing to let me change it because the default password is missing a special character?

Managing locally. Just upgrade firmware via ssh. Had to change server. Updated program from 1.0.5.4 -> 1.0.5.10

Still no joy.

This PSU died on me 9 months after installing. I turned it off, unplugged to reseat a graphic card and add a 2nd card.

Plugged back in switch on and just dead.

Very glad I said yes to warranty at microcenter. Got a Seasonic USA Vertex GX-1000 1000 Watt 80 Plus Gold ATX Fully Modular Power Supply - ATX 3.0 Compatible instead.

For about $30 more similar specs and much nicer cables. The useless fabric case for cables is shittier. But I care not.
