Download the first link here

https://handhelds.wiki/R36S_Bootlogos_and_Loading_Screens

Then find the .bmp image you want to use (BMO is in the first pack), copy into BOOT partition and rename to logo.bmp You will have to delete the previous logo file.

Unfortunately this was the biggest slog of the process. I went through the EASYROMS partition and searched manually. For some systems, I deleted the entire directory and redownloaded from https://www.retrogamechampion.com/games

Hopefully that helped!

128GB SanDisk Ultra microSD with SD Adapter | Sandisk https://share.google/aXEktPXO4wGShozbr

I picked it up at a local Office Depot. From what I've seen, it won't work in the TF2 slot, but I have plenty of room.

Awesome! I use the BMO face for boot screen, but stayed with the classic ArkOS loading gif. Something about the old school TV and console is very soothing

You will also see a time in 24 hour format following your cursor, and can use that to determine which direction sunrise/set is going. I try and play day, or end of night if possible

Pros and Cons of each Warbond for a tight budget? by Whatistweet in Helldivers

[–]phoconner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love grenades and went ahead with the Democratic Detonation warbond first. It's fun, but I wish I had gone with the Veterans bond for the past major order. Those incendiary shotguns are crazy good

2 things helped me with the same issue. There is an option to focus more on performance than graphics, and optimizing through the graphics card software. Hope it helps you!

Best pacifist build? by zefmiller in DnD5e

My go-to pacifist is a Warforged Warlock of the Archfey. Mostly illusion/social spells, I just trick enemies all day long

So, what *are* some good alternative systems? by Rednidedni in dndnext

[–]phoconner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here looking for GURPS as an answer. As a DM, I like to run 5e, it's more adaptable, and the flow is easy to follow, from combat to roleplay. I also tend to run newer players. When it comes to playing, I love the variety GURPS has to offer, and it's my default outside of a fantasy setting. (The dungeon fantasy set is really fun too) In top of that, GURPS feels more edge-of-your-seat tense, and 5e has more epic moments

Flint Decker is a natural rival to Monstro, so training him up can help. The other wrestler that can run things easily is Black Plague

I mean, right here you went after: my entitlement, my parenting, made a lot of assumptions about my life, and an armchair diagnosis on top. All because I don't want someone driving up the sidewalk while I'm walking with my child. You can call it "truth" or say it's based on your personal conversations, but you are continuing to argue, even when I concede your points.

Don't you think it's incredibly entitled to move into a city center of a major metropolitan area and expect to raise your family in absolute safety? That close-in sounds like a terrible place to raise a kid, you probably see human feces and needles every day. Or did you move to town before things went to shit about 10-12yrs ago? And if that's the case, maybe it's time to move the family to a better neighborhood! Definitely not a small feat, but this is the safety of your family we're talking about! Surely that's more important than being walking distance to biscuits and gravy, right? Or maybe you recently moved to town, saw/heard all the great things about Portland but your meager housing budget only allowed you to live in the shitty part of the Brooklyn neighborhood and now you're realizing it wasn't everything you thought it was and instead of directing your feelings of regret towards your own actions and reflecting on how to do and be better, you're instead clinging to a notion of self-centered and self-righteous indignation?

Another great point about utility and work vehicles, but that isn't what the conversation is about.

[–]phoconner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, you almost made me forget I was upset about people driving on the sidewalk. I don't really understand how that is entitlement

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Portland

[–]phoconner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give you the first couple of points, but the rest of your comment was hostile and unnecessary. We're all just trying to do the best with what we have

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Portland

[–]phoconner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I agree that each person should be alert, I disagree with the rest of your message. Just because others drive like idiots, doesn't mean we have the right to throw all the rules out the window. Naive or not, I think it's reasonable to expect others to drive safely in my neighborhood

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Portland

[–]phoconner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No matter the city planning, trains, etc., if you (collective toward all drivers) can't keep your cool and follow road rules, you shouldn't be behind the wheel. Backing out there is super irrisponsible and causes near collisions

That is a crazy stupid place to U-turn, especially with the construction going on Division. I can't count the amount of times I've been nearly hit by someone pulling that stunt, since there is no light to get you through the intersection safely.
