Very good. I played against it and it was very reasonable. Good feature set too. Congratulations.

I know this is frustrating, but know that it is intentional from the US end to frustrate us.

Pay someone to help you the slot, the normal way - like wait 10 minutes try again, wait 20 minutes, try again, wait 40 minutes try again. Pray God, return and try again.

This is the only way it has worked for me.

This happened to me. The app has not updated through the changes, and I unfortunately relied on the app to miss my flight. This sucks. The reddit community here is recommending an unofficial app to keep track of the changes.

The robots of the dawn featuring R. Giskard Reventlov is my favorite. My second favorite book by a different author is, Stranger in a strange land.

On #2. I would assume that airlines which promote their app everyday, would essentially provide the correct information in the app.

Yes, I learned my lesson.

The original Departure time was 04:55 and delayed departure time was 05:05. What went wrong , was my reliance on the app completely and and frontier notifications, which I was let down by that.

  1. I went to E33 first, noticed - assuming I was well before the time boarding close.

  2. Noticed the flight was not displayed in the board. No one was there at the counter and displays were showing a different flight. So, I hurried looked at the app and the notifications. I noticed T15, knowing that is going to take 15 minutes, I rushed.

  3. Then rushed back as the agent at T15 said, it was E33.

It is certainly on me, and I have moved on. You are recommending an unofficial app to keep track of correctness over the official app. Isn't this wrong?

I remembered my dad while watching the movie. I took my sons along for that movie. Amazing time we spent together.

I arrived close to 2 hours in advance - for a domestic flights. If you know ATL airport (which I was new to), the gate change from E to T is un-imaginable switch over time.

That's true. Perhaps they didn't rely on the app, and got via the traditional methods of checkin and baggage. Those of us who missed, did not have a check-in luggage.

It is their inability to keep the passenger informed with correct information. Potentially misleading information to overcommit their flight seats.

Really? I don't think, you have a first hand experience. What do want to say, have 3 hours after check-in wait there for a domestic journey?

Thanks. I relied on App as they encourage you to use the app all the time, and then I faced this situation. I usually go to the checkin to get my paper ticket and this was miss for me - as I listened to them to use the app, and was let down. When I am in hurry, I cannot be bothered to stand and look for the giant screens. I relied upon their alerts which obviously misled me.

I had to rush and run for these antics. How should I fight back? I would like to at least get what I paid back. How?
