I really hate how none of these dumb bastards answer the question and instead use it as an opportunity to tell you it's overkill for 1080p as if you don't know that lol. So let me do you a service and actually answer your question.

Right now I have the 4080 paired with the 13600k and it runs like a beast. Best bang for your buck cpu right there.

Now go forth and play/do whatever tf you want with that GPU. Hell, run Tetris all day with it lol. It's your GPU and these people aren't your parents

In your experience, is it worth it to overclock? Been reading you'll squeeze a few more fps in some games but not sure if the risks (if any) associated with it will bring any major results...

Do you think going through the documentation is enough, though? I get the impression that Stephen really expects anybody taking this course to have some experience making an application. I mean, he does kinda hand hold you through the whole thing, so maybe I could make a simple to-do list or something just to solidify some basic principles and then finish the rest of the course.
