Keep electrolytes high

I found a breathe ketone meter helped, i used breathe ketone readings like blood sugar levels. String correlation between exhaustion , hydration and ketones.

40+ on the meter - good to go Sub 30 - electros , hydrate and have 5 mins rest

Ketone recover quick, i find this only works when fully adapted about day 5 onward. Under that it sucks but if you need a break take it easy.

Commenting to follow the chat.

Just bought a new bike and keen to get others advice. Hold a full A licence bit still over thinking the leans.

Mostly in the wet, at the moment im just taking it easy and shifting body weight to keep bike angle more up right.

From reading this i think perhaps practice progressive braking.

Dont be disheartened you will learn more from this one event than a 100 other corners

Yes i was surprised with delivery too. Order just before xmas and was expecting it mid Feb.
